WARRANTY/RETURNS

Our policy is pretty simple. If you are unsatisfied with our product we will refund 100% of your money as long as the product is shipped back within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order and not shipped it back, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is not in the original box, is damaged, or has missing parts for any reason not due to our error is not eligible for a full return.

Please contact us to resolve any road case alterations that need to be made. Most alterations can be resolved without a return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Email us at sales@smokinaceco.com to notify us about the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your item qualifies for a return. If applicable, we will refund your source of payment made from the original purchase. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@smokinaceco.com

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake. 

Please email us the tracking number with your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
