Cymbal Shield Return & Refund Policy

  • Standard Return Window: You may return cymbal shields within 14 days of receiving your order for a 100% refund. Returns delivered after 14 days are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange. For a full refund, the protective sheet must not be removed.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@smokinaceco.com to notify us of your request.

  2. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will email you to confirm receipt and verify approval.

  3. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the exact same item, please email us at sales@smokinaceco.com.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.

  • Tracking: Please email us your tracking number once shipped. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returned items.

Road Case Warranty & Return Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: You have 72 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancellation for a full refund. After 72 hours, custom case production and order processing begin, and we may no longer accept cancellations.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Custom-built cases are not eligible for return unless we made an error, there was a manufacturing defect, or the case was damaged in shipping.

Need an Alteration or Experiencing an Issue?

Please contact us at sales@smokinaceco.com. Most issues with custom road case alterations can be resolved directly, without the hassle or expense of shipping the case back.
