WARRANTY/RETURNS
Our policy is pretty simple. If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, we will refund 100% of your money as long as it has been under 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
CYMBAL SHIELD RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The protective plastic on the shields must not be removed to receive a full refund. Please make sure to tape or shrink wrap the shields together to prevent them from scratching when shipped. It must also be in the original box with packing paper or bubble wrap when returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition has scratches, is not in the original box, and is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
ROAD CASE RETURNS
Please contact us to resolve any alterations that need to be made. Most alterations can be resolved without a return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Email us at sales@smokinaceco.com to notify us about the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your item qualifies for a return. If applicable, we will refund your source of payment made from the original purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@smokinaceco.com
