Built with the standard of all our elite road cases since 2015, X-Factor cases are constructed with high-grade 3/8" thick polypropylene plastic for the case walls. Through an exclusive extrusion process that leaves a corrugated center, this case wall material is half the weight and twice as strong as traditional heavy laminated wood case walls. Visually, you will not see any difference from other cases, but this case will withstand an incredible 860 PSI "full swing of a hammer" along with having an impressive weight difference.
All our cases are built with the best material to last a lifetime. This case is built with 3/8" birch sides, top, and bottom. Lids are made with X-Factor wall material to save weight. All laminated with thick ABS plastic laminate. Flawless milled aluminum for case edges, 16-gauge steel ball corners, steel rivets, and recessed 16-gauge steel butterfly latches. The case interior consists of high-density 1" polyurethane foam for maximum shock protection. Protected by a lifetime warranty, you can be assured of quality.
